Salon & Spa Policies


I understand as a courtesy to the next appointment, if I arrive late, my services shall finish at the original scheduled time and/or changes will have to made to my appointment. Arriving too late to perform the service may result in a reschedule or cancellation.


We will need a credit card to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged when scheduling your appointment. Please understand that we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24hrs prior. Failure to do so, or No-Shows will result in a 50% charge of all treatments scheduled for that day.(or equivalent deductions from GC’s). GROUP BOOKINGS of 3 or more people will require a deposit of 50% the total cost of services. If any cancellation or lesser changes to arrangements are less than 48hrs of appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable and you will be charged 100% for all services scheduled for that day.(or equivalent deductions from GC’s). Group bookings must be paid on one bill (one payment) and will also include an 18% gratuity charge. If you are unable to provide a credit card to hold your reservation, you may come in as a walk-in but

we cannot guarantee availabilities.

We love children, however in order for our salon to provide you and our clients with services to the best of our abilities, and for their safety, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the Salon/Spa at any time. If you will be receiving services, please make other arrangements for your little one, so that we can deliver you and others a relaxing and personable experience.

Parents/Guardians will be held responsible for all damages.


Gift Cards are available for any amount and can be purchased by phone or at the spa. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced certificates or gift cards. Certificates/gift cards must be physically present in order to redeem. Gift Cards purchased over the phone can only be held at the salon for 24hrs or we can mail them out

for you at no charge.


Please respect those receiving massage services by speaking in soft tones and silencing your cell phone while receiving services. Rude, Loud, discourteous or disorderly guest will be asked to leave.Please do not bring any valuables to the salon. North Shore Salon & Spa, it's employees, officers and/or affiliates will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property.


We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on services, gift cards, package series or retail products. If you are not satisfied with a service please let your technician know within 48hrs of your service, re-dos must be done within the first week of service.  All sales are final.


Our salon and spa is an independent service provider establishment. All technicians are independent (rent their space) and may price and deliver their services differently. We each individually have our own techniques, products,tools and education.

*Prices are determined by time involved and product usage.

Additional charges may apply by the discretion of each technician.

Please discuss pricing with your technician before service.


The amount paid for your coupon will NEVER expire, however, the "promotional value" will expire on the stated expiration date,no exceptions. After the expiration date, you may apply the "amount paid" towards services or merchandise in North Shore Salon and Spa. The coupons must be used for the option purchased. The coupons must be used in one visit by the same person and cannot be split or shared. Coupons are non-refundable. Purchase receipt/coupon must be physically present in order for redemption.


Please advise us in advance of any allergies to ingredients or medical conditions such as pregnancy or medication you are taking. We will advise you which treatments are best for you. Our Licenses only allow us to work on healthy nails, skin, hair, etc. We do not treat or diagnose any disease. If we feel you have a contagious or infectious disease (fungus, warts, ringworm, lice, etc.) the service will not be provided/continued. We recommend you see a medical professional or get clearance from your doctor.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to all salon & spa policies and regulations.

North Shore Salon & Spa, it's employees, officers and/or affiliates will not be held responsible for persons neglecting to read all policies, regulations, etc. All prices are subject to change without notice. Additional product charges may apply at the discretion of

each service provider.
