Founder and creator of North Shore Salon and Spa, This North Shore, Oahu native is a fourth-generation hairstylist and licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience. Specialties include Balayage, blonding, and corrective color.  She has successfully continued to fulfill her passion through her work and has a knack for giving her clients a good laugh while making them feel comfortable and striving to always create and maintain a beautiful new look.

Elisa started working in her first salon in 2001 and after over 20 years in the industry, hairdressing and helping people look and feel beautiful still remains her passion. She began her career in South Florida and made her way to Los Angeles, where she spent the last 10 years behind the chair in Venice and Playa Vista. She now lives in Haleiwa with her husband, Chris, and their three crazy, little boys. Elisa specializes in color and many different highlighting techniques including balayage, color melting, ombre´, and lived in color. She prides herself on her ability to personally connect with her clients and bringing out their own unique beauty and style. Combining customized color and cut, she will give you a look you love that is tailored to your individual personality and lifestyle

Kayla was born and raised on the north shore of O’ahu and has been in the hair industry for about a year. She has been mentored by many great stylists and continues her education to perfect her craft and keep up with current trends. Kayla specializes in blondes & brondes. She also specializes in dimensional and lived in color. She is excited to have the opportunity to serve the island of O’ahu, especially the community that she grew up in.

Hi! I'm Cassidy, Originally from Michigan and moved out here to chase some dreams about a year ago. Have been a hairstylist for 5 years and have loved every second! My passion is custom coloring, blonding and extensions. Just want everyone to look and feel authentic! Outside of the salon you'll catch me adventuring all over the island, beaching hiking and dancing! Can't wait to see all you beach babes in my chair.

Kosmo loves to do beachy and dimensional blondes, brunettes and reds by using healthy blonding techniques. She is an expertise in women’s cuts for fine or thick hair. With a former 8 years of being in the hair world, Kosmo emphasizes for healthy hair. She has owned a thriving mini salon in Gilbert Arizona but wanted to start fresh in North Shore of Oahu. North Shore native of Oahu, Kadince was raised in the beauty industry with her mom and aunts. Being exposed to all aspects at such an early age, it was only natural for her to become a part of the industry  as she took a liking to nails. She has since developed a passion for it and enjoys the process of creating.

Britnee, a licensed esthetician since 2018, embarked on her journey in central California, establishing her business right after school. Specializing in waxing, with a focus on Brazilian waxing, she brings a passion for her craft and takes immense pride in curating a safe and comfortable experience for her clients. Recently relocating to the North Shore of Oahu in 2023, Britnee is thrilled to bring her expertise and dedication to the local community.

Aloha, my name is Caitie Hodel and I’m a tattoo artist at North shore salon and spa! I have been an artist all my life, but my tattooing journey began 3 years ago.  I started out learning and working at Hawaii Tattoo Collective as a licensed artist for about 2 years. I mostly tattoo fine line style. I love the complexity and fine attention to detail that bigger sized pieces require, but I also enjoy the simplicity and timeless style of tiny tattoos.
